Security and Privacy
Security is what lets you use Centriu as a single source of truth without fear. This section explains how we protect the platform and what your team needs to do on the inside.
1Security principles
Protection
Encryption in transit, redundant backups, and continuous anomaly monitoring.
Isolation
Data kept separate and isolated. External users never access environments that don't belong to them.
2Access security
Passwords and authentication
Set strong password requirements and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) whenever possible.
User management
- Create and deactivate users instantly via the panel.
- Follow the offboarding checklist when someone leaves the company.
Sessions and devices
Review active sessions periodically and revoke suspicious access. Be careful with shared devices.
3Data and LGPD
Data processing
Record only what's necessary in free-text fields. Consult your legal team about the legal bases for using data on the platform.
Retention and disposal
Set up routines to archive or anonymize old records.
4Secure integrations
- Tokens and keysStore them securely and rotate them periodically. Limit who has access.
- Third partiesVerify the security of connected apps. Record everything in your data inventory.
5Incident response
