Checklist

Readiness checklist for implementing Centriu OS

Find out whether your company is ready to centralize growth, CX, and operations in a single system – and which areas to adjust before implementation.

1How to use this checklist

Implementing a central operating system is not just installing software; it is a change of habits. Check the items below to identify where your operation is mature and where it needs attention.

Block A: Strategy and goals

  • We are clear about which North Star Metrics (NSM) we want to track.
  • We know where the main growth bottlenecks are today.
  • There is alignment between Leadership, Product, and Sales on the quarter's priorities.

Block B: Processes and teams

  • We have defined the owners for each business unit or squad.
  • Our support and sales processes have mapped stages (even if only on paper).
  • There is a routine (even if informal) for reviewing results.

Block C: Current data and tools

  • We have access to the credentials of our current tools (CRM, Ads, ERP).
  • Our customer data is at least minimally organized (email, phone, name).
  • We know which reports are essential and which can be discarded during migration.

Block D: People, governance, and security

  • We have a designated administrator who will be the internal "owner" of the platform.
  • The team is aware of the change and the benefit of centralization.

Block E: Time and commitment

  • We can dedicate a few hours in the first week for configuration and setup.
  • We are willing to train the team to abandon parallel spreadsheets.

ResInterpreting the result

Most items checked: High Readiness

You are at the ideal moment. Implementation will be fast and the perceived value will be immediate. You can proceed to the full setup.

Half checked: Watch Governance

The tool will help a lot, but you need to ensure that processes and people keep up. We suggest a phased (wave-based) implementation.

Few items checked: Reduced Scope

It may be better to start with just one module (e.g., Goals or Tickets) to build culture before trying to centralize everything at once.

Next step

If you checked most of the items, don't wait for the complexity to grow even further. The best time to put your house in order is now.
