Centriu Implementation Playbook

See step by step how to set up your account, integrate the first modules and get Centriu running in less than 7 days, without depending on a huge IT project.

1

Map the starting point of your operation

Before turning on any module, you need to see where things stand today:

Which systems do you already use?

E.g.: CRM, sales spreadsheets, marketing tools, support.

Who are the main teams?

Growth, marketing, sales, CS, finance, operations.

What are the goals for the next 3–6 months?

Increase MRR? Reduce CAC? Improve retention? Shorten sales cycles?

WarningIf you don't define where you want to go and who's involved, the implementation becomes just “granting access” and no one really uses the system.

2

Define priority modules and integrations

The playbook doesn't try to activate everything at once. The idea is to start small and functional:

  • Choose 1–3 major goals for Centriu (e.g.: have a growth command center, organize the sales funnel, centralize support).
  • List which modules go into the first cycle (e.g.: Vesper, Gauge, Run, Orbit).
  • Define the minimum integrations: Revenue sources (ERP, spreadsheet, gateway), Lead sources and Support channels.

3

Organize access, profiles and responsibilities

Implementation stalls when no one knows who does what.

Who is the owner?

It's the person who ensures the implementation doesn't die halfway through.

Access profiles

Admin, Growth Lead, Analyst, Support, Leadership.

Include this in the playbook as a simple “who does what” chart.

4

Build the usage routine from day one

A system without a routine becomes decoration. The playbook provides ready-made agenda templates.

Suggested Routines
Weekly (30-45 min)Review key metrics.
Monthly (Retrospective)Adjust goals, channels and processes.
