Leadership dashboard template

A ready-made structure with blocks for: Revenue / MRR, Operations (volume and efficiency) and CX (NPS and churn). The consolidated view for COO, Operations and Customer Experience.

1. What this template solves

This dashboard was not designed to “show everything”, but rather to answer three very specific leadership questions:

Revenue & Health

Is the company growing with financial health?

Operations

Can operations keep up the pace with quality?

Customers / CX

Are customers satisfied and staying?

The goal is: in 3 to 5 minutes, any leader can understand whether everything is fine, where it hurts and who needs to act.

NOTES / ACTIONS:

Review the ops team capacity for next week. Investigate the SLA drop in the Enterprise queue.

3. How to interpret it in practice

Block 1 – Revenue (The top of the pyramid)

What to look at: Whether the margin is falling while revenue rises. This indicates "expensive" growth.

Typical decision: Can we invest more in acquisition now or do we need to hold cash?

Block 2 – Operations (The machine)

What to look at: Whether the SLA drops when volume rises. Whether the backlog (queue) is growing consistently.

Typical decision: Do we need to hire, train or automate to unblock the bottleneck?

Block 3 – CX (The future)

What to look at: Falling NPS + rising churn is the worst scenario. High NPS + high churn indicates a pricing or product problem, not a service one.

Typical decision: Prioritize onboarding improvements or review the pricing policy.

4. How to use this template in practice

  • Step 1 – Map the dataWhich systems already have these numbers? (CRM, ERP, Support Tool).
  • Step 2 – Fill it in (even if manually)At first, it is worth filling in the dashboard manually before the meeting. What matters is the discussion.
  • Step 3 – Connect it to the ritualsThis dashboard should be the agenda of the weekly/monthly leadership meeting.
