O problema

  • Conversas perdidas

    O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.

  • Tarefas espalhadas

A resposta

As áreas trabalham separadas e o cliente sente.

A operação depende de pessoas específicas.

O financeiro ficou complexo e o caixa perde visibilidade.

A Centriu combina tecnologia, inteligência, método e acompanhamento.

Behavioral Lead Scoring with Decay Automation: A Score That Fades When Attention Does

Behavioral lead scoring automation, through Centriu Flow, assigns a numeric score to each contact based on configurable rules — a rule fires when a contact takes a specific tracked action, adding or subtracting a defined number of points, with each rule capped at a maximum number of times it can apply to the same contact so one repeated behavior cannot inflate a score indefinitely. What keeps the score honest over time is decay: every rule also carries its own decay period, and a daily scheduled job reduces the points a rule contributed the longer it has been since that behavior last happened — a contact who was highly engaged two months ago but has gone quiet since is not still shown as "hot" today. The resulting score maps to configurable cold/warm/hot thresholds a team defines for its own funnel, and the whole pipeline runs automatically as part of Flow's own contact-event processing, not a separate manual step.

Behavioral Lead Scoring with Decay Automation: A Score That Fades When Attention Does

Why a lead score needs to fade, not just accumulate

A scoring model that only ever adds points rewards history, not current interest — a contact who opened five emails and visited the pricing page three months ago can end up ranked above someone who did the exact same thing yesterday, simply because the older contact's total has had longer to accumulate. The score stops answering the question a sales team actually needs answered, which is not "how much has this contact ever done" but "how engaged does this contact look right now."

How Centriu Flow scores, caps and decays a contact

A team defines scoring rules against real tracked behaviors — visiting a specific page or submitting a form — each with its own point value (positive or negative), its own decay period in days, and its own maximum number of times it can apply to a single contact. When a tracked event happens, the matching rule's points are applied to that contact's running score, respecting the rule's own application cap.

A daily scheduled job then walks every scored contact and reduces the contribution of each rule based on how long it has been since that specific behavior last occurred for that contact, using the rule's own configured decay period — a rule with a short decay window fades quickly if the behavior does not repeat, while a rule with a longer decay window holds its value longer. The team separately configures the score thresholds that map a numeric result to cold, warm or hot, so the labels reflect that specific funnel's own definition of engagement rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all cutoff. The whole pipeline runs automatically as part of Flow's own contact-event processing — a contact's score updates itself as behaviors happen and fades on its own schedule, with no manual recalculation step for a team to remember.

What is actually built today

  • Configurable scoring rules tied to real tracked contact behaviors, each with its own point value, decay period and per-contact application cap.

  • A per-rule maximum on how many times it can apply to the same contact, preventing one repeated low-value behavior from dominating the score.

  • A daily scheduled job that reduces each rule's contribution based on real elapsed time since that behavior last occurred for that contact.

  • Configurable cold/warm/hot score thresholds, defined per team rather than fixed.

  • Automatic processing wired into Flow's own contact-event pipeline — no manual recompute step.

  • A dedicated scoring-rules management interface and a per-contact scoring view.

What changes operationally

A "hot" label starts meaning "engaged recently," not "engaged at some point in the past," letting a sales team prioritize by current interest rather than historical accumulation. Because the thresholds and decay periods are configured, not fixed, a team can tune what "warm" means for its own funnel instead of inheriting someone else's default.

A burst of interest that fades on schedule (illustrative scenario, not a real client)

A contact visits the pricing page and the demo page several times within the same week, pushing their score comfortably into "warm." Sales follows up, but the contact goes quiet for six weeks. Because the rules for those page visits each carry their own decay period, the daily job gradually reduces their contribution the longer the contact stays inactive — by week six, the score has faded back toward "cold," accurately reflecting that the earlier burst of interest did not continue. When the same contact returns and revisits the pricing page, that fresh event lifts the score again, on top of whatever the decayed baseline still contributed.

Como começar

Perguntas frequentes

What makes a lead score go down over time?

Each scoring rule has its own decay period; a daily job reduces that rule's contribution the longer it has been since the tracked behavior last happened for that contact.

Can one repeated action keep raising a contact's score forever?

No — every rule has a configured maximum number of times it can apply to the same contact.

Who decides what counts as a "hot" lead?

The organization itself — cold/warm/hot thresholds are configured per team, not fixed.

Does the score update automatically when a contact takes a tracked action?

Yes — scoring runs as part of Flow's own contact-event processing, with no manual step required.

Does a scored contact automatically move into a sales pipeline in another Centriu product?

Not automatically — confirm any hand-off into another product is actually configured; this page describes Flow's own scoring pipeline.

What does Centriu Flow cost?

It is sold with tiered plans, starting at a published entry price — exact current values are on the central pricing page.
