Entende o contexto
Conversas perdidas
O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.
Tarefas espalhadas
CRM, pipeline, oportunidades, propostas, follow-up e automações.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, chat do site e e-mail no mesmo contexto.
Tarefas, responsáveis, prazos, aprovações, agenda e capacidade.
Contas, cobranças, caixa, fiscal, margem, IR, orçamento e inteligência econômica.
Planejar, produzir, aprovar, publicar e medir conteúdo e campanhas.
As áreas trabalham separadas e o cliente sente.
A operação depende de pessoas específicas.
O financeiro ficou complexo e o caixa perde visibilidade.

problema
Report delivery, through Centriu Atlas, sends a ready report to a client on three real channels from a single action. This includes an email with the PDF genuinely attached, not just linked. It also includes a notification inside the client's own portal when they have a login. Finally, it includes a public read-only link generated on demand. Before any of the three is touched, delivery finds out who actually receives the report. It uses a dedicated recipient list first. If not available, it uses the client's own registered contacts. Then it builds the PDF. Sending only begins once both steps succeed. If the email itself fails afterward, that failure is reported honestly. It is not hidden. The portal notification, the report's status, and the audit trail still complete correctly.

A report that exists inside a tool is invisible to the person it was written for. It stays invisible until it actually reaches them. This can happen by an email they open, a notification they see, or a link they can hand to someone else internally. A delivery step that only changes an internal status to "sent" does not genuinely send anything. This leaves the client exactly where they started. They are unaware anything was produced for them at all. They are left to log in and go looking on their own.

A delivery step that only changes an internal status to "sent" does not genuinely send anything. This leaves the client exactly where they started. They are unaware anything was produced for them at all. They are left to log in and go looking on their own.
Before anything is sent, delivery finds the actual recipient list. A dedicated list of report recipients takes precedence. When none exists, it uses the client's own registered contacts. Every recipient is tagged by which source it came from. This way, a team can see who is about to receive the report before it goes out. The report's PDF is then built. Any channel only starts once recipients are found and the PDF exists. So, a failure at either step blocks the whole delivery. It does not send half of it.
Email goes out through a dedicated service. This service checks with a timing-safe check. It downloads the PDF to attach it as a genuine file. It is not just a link the recipient has to trust. It degrades gracefully. This means it sends a link-only email and logs the reason. This happens if the PDF download itself fails. A portal notification is inserted for the client. This happens whenever they have an actual login on file. So the report also shows up where the client already looks. A public, token-based read-only link is generated when needed. It can be included in the email or shared directly. It does not require a login. If the email specifically fails after the portal and status updates already succeeded, that failure is recorded. It is returned honestly. The whole delivery is not rolled back. It is not reported as a false success. A separate internal notification tells the team the same thing.
Three real delivery channels from one action. This includes email with the PDF genuinely attached. It also includes a portal notification. Finally, it includes a public read-only share link.
Recipient finding with real priority and labeling. A dedicated recipient list is used first. The client's own contacts are used as a backup. Each entry is tagged by its source.
Checking before sending anything. Recipients must be found and the PDF built. Both are needed before any channel is tried.
Honest handling of partial failures. An email failure is reported as such. The portal notification, status change, and audit trail still complete.
A graceful degrade on the email itself. If the PDF cannot be downloaded to attach, a link-only email still goes out. The reason is logged rather than hidden.
A separate internal notification confirms delivery to the team. It also confirms any email failure. This is different from the client-facing channels.
A report being marked "sent" starts meaning something concrete and checkable. This means a specific set of found recipients. It also means an attached PDF. And it means a record of exactly which channels actually worked. A partial failure on one channel is visible and can be acted on. It is not hidden behind an internal status. This status cannot tell the difference between a genuine delivery and one that quietly failed.

A team sends a ready report to a client. The client has two recipients on the dedicated list. They also have a portal login on file. Recipients are found. The PDF is built. The email goes out with the PDF attached to both addresses. But the email provider rejects the send. This is because of a temporary issue on their end. The portal notification still goes through. The report's status still updates correctly. The team sees an internal alert naming the exact failure. They do not see a falsely reassuring "delivered." The client can still open the report from their portal in the meantime. The team can retry the email once the provider issue clears.

Three: an email with the PDF genuinely attached, a portal notification (when the client has a login), and a public, token-based read-only link generated when needed.
A dedicated recipient list takes precedence. When none exists, the client's own registered contacts are used instead. Each recipient is labeled with which source it came from.
The failure is recorded and returned honestly. The portal notification, the report's status update, and the audit trail still complete. Delivery is not rolled back or misreported as a success.
Not necessarily. The public share link works without one. The portal notification specifically requires the client to have a login on file.
Attached directly to the email. A link-only email is a documented backup. It is used only when the PDF itself cannot be downloaded to attach.
It is sold with tiered plans. These plans start at a published entry price. AI usage has a fail-closed limit per plan. This limit is measured over a 5-hour and a 7-day window. Current prices are on the central pricing page.
