Conversas perdidas
O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.
Tarefas espalhadas

problema
A marketing audit delivered as a slide deck covers whichever channels the consultant happened to check that week. A channel nobody mentions reads as fine by omission rather than as genuinely unassessed. Centriu Oracle replaces that with a fixed instrument. It uses fourteen main channels. These include the website, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, email, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), paid media, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Each channel is scored on the same six-level scale, from Absent through Reference. Eight identical questions are asked of every single one. Coverage is measured as the share of those fourteen channels that actually carry a score. The overall average counts only the channels that were assessed. A channel confirmed genuinely absent scores a real zero. It pulls the average down like any other honest weakness. But a channel nobody has gotten to yet is excluded entirely. This is because "not yet audited" and "aud "audited and found absent" are not the same fact.

Most marketing audits are built the same way. A consultant reviews the channels they think to check. They write up what they find. Then they deliver a slide deck. The deck reads as complete because nothing in it says otherwise. A channel that never gets mentioned looks the same as a channel that was checked and found fine. These are opposite facts. The audit ends up measuring which channels happened to get the consultant's attention that week. It does not measure which channels the client actually has. A client's uncomfortable blind spot is a blog abandoned two years ago. Another is a LinkedIn page nobody updates. This is exactly the kind of thing a free-form review quietly skips.

Every project's marketing audit works against the same fixed list of fourteen channels. This is enforced by a database check constraint. So the list cannot silently drift between projects. These channels are Site, Blog, Landing Pages, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Email marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Paid media and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). They are grouped into Web, Social, Direct and Acquisition. Each channel is scored on one shared six-level scale. These levels are Absent, Weak, Basic, Good, Strong, Reference. Each level is mapped to a fixed number from 0 to 5. So "Good" means the identical thing on every engagement Oracle runs. It does not mean whatever a given consultant intends that day. Every channel, strong or weak, gets the same eight structured questions. These are objective, quality, frequency, consistency, conversion, tracking, risks and opportunities. A dormant blog and a thriving Instagram account are compared on identical terms. They are not compared based on how much the consultant felt like writing about each. Two metrics are reported together. They are deliberately never collapsed into one. Coverage is the share of the fourteen channels that carry an actual score. The overall average is computed only across those scored channels. The distinction that makes this honest sits in exactly which channels count as "scored." A channel formally assessed and found genuinely absent still gets a real score. This is the "Absent" level, which has a weight of zero. It is counted in both coverage and the average. It pulls the average down like any other confirmed weakness. A channel nobody has gotten around to assessing yet carries no score at all. It is excluded from both numbers entirely. It is not silently treated as a zero. An audit that is 60% covered reports itself as 60% covered. It shows whatever average the assessed channels actually earned. It is never a full audit with a worse score than the real data supports. It is never a strong audit hiding an unfinished one. The audit is a distinct instrument inside Oracle's "essentials" module group. It sits alongside, but is structurally separate from, the company-wide 11-block diagnosis. The diagnosis works in facts, hypotheses, gaps and a 1-to-5 confidence score at the level of the whole business. The channel audit works one specific, named channel at a time.
A fixed list of fourteen channels is enforced by a database check constraint. They are grouped into Web, Social, Direct and Acquisition. These are the same fourteen on every project. They are never a subset chosen by the consultant.
A shared six-level scale is used for every channel. These levels are Absent, Weak, Basic, Good, Strong, Reference. Each is mapped to a fixed number from 0 to 5.
Eight identical structured questions are asked per channel. These are objective, quality, frequency, consistency, conversion, tracking, risks, opportunities. They are asked of a dormant channel and a thriving one alike.
A coverage metric measures the share of the fourteen channels that actually carry a score. This is distinct from merely being marked present.
An overall score is averaged only across scored channels. A channel confirmed absent counts as a real zero. A channel never assessed is excluded from the calculation entirely. It is never defaulted to zero.
Per-project, per-organization audit records are upserted one row per channel. So re-assessing a channel updates its own record instead of creating a duplicate history.
Both numbers, the percentage evaluated and the numeric average, are shown together on the project dashboard. So a partial audit cannot present itself as a finished one.
This is a structurally separate instrument from the 11-block company-wide diagnosis. Channel-by-channel presence and quality are here. Company-wide hypotheses, evidence and confidence are there.
Audits become comparable across engagements and across consultants. This is because "Good" and "Absent" mean the same fixed thing every time. Coverage stops being implicit. A partial audit visibly says so instead of quietly passing as a full one. A channel a client would rather not talk about cannot simply disappear from the record. The fixed list of fourteen forces every one of them to be addressed. This is true even if the honest answer is Absent.

A consultant opens a new client's channel audit. They work down the fixed list of fourteen. Instagram, the website and email get scored quickly. They are Good, Basic and Weak respectively. Each has its own eight-field breakdown filled in. The client's LinkedIn page has not been touched in over a year. Rather than skip it, the consultant marks it present. But they score it Absent for practical purposes. The risk field notes the platform's relevance for the client's B2B buyers specifically.
By the end of the first working session, nine of the fourteen channels carry a score. Five channels remain unassessed. These are TikTok, YouTube, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), paid media and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). They are waiting for a follow-up call with the client's in-house team. The dashboard reports coverage at roughly 64%. It shows an overall average computed only across those nine scored channels. The five outstanding channels do not drag the number down. They do not inflate it either. They simply are not counted yet. This exactly matches the actual state of the work.

They are grouped into Web, Social, Direct and Acquisition.
It is excluded entirely. An unscored channel is not counted as zero. It does not affect the average. A channel that was assessed and found genuinely absent, by contrast, does count as a real zero.
No. Every field for every channel is entered manually by the consultant. There is no automated crawl or scraping of the client's actual social or web presence.
Eight fields are captured. These are objective, quality, frequency, consistency, conversion, tracking, risks and opportunities. These are the same eight questions for every channel. This is true whether it is thriving or dormant.
Not automatically today. The channel audit is a distinct instrument from the 11-block diagnosis and its priority formula. A consultant carries a specific finding into the plan manually.
The diagnosis works company-wide. It uses facts, hypotheses, gaps and a 1-to-5 confidence score across eleven business areas. The channel audit works one named marketing channel at a time. It uses a fixed six-level scale.
It is sold by subscription with a published starting price. Exact current values are on the central pricing page.
