Entende o contexto

Conversas perdidas
O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.
Tarefas espalhadas
CRM, pipeline, oportunidades, propostas, follow-up e automações.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, chat do site e e-mail no mesmo contexto.
Tarefas, responsáveis, prazos, aprovações, agenda e capacidade.
Contas, cobranças, caixa, fiscal, margem, IR, orçamento e inteligência econômica.
Planejar, produzir, aprovar, publicar e medir conteúdo e campanhas.
As áreas trabalham separadas e o cliente sente.
A operação depende de pessoas específicas.
O financeiro ficou complexo e o caixa perde visibilidade.

Multi-touch revenue attribution automation, through Centriu Flow, runs the moment a deal is won. For every newly-closed opportunity with a linked contact, Flow automatically looks back across that contact's recorded campaign touches within a 30-day window. It computes which touches get credit for the closed revenue under three models at once. These are first-click (100% of the credit to the very first touch), last-click (100% to the touch immediately before the deal closed), and a weighted multi-touch split. The weighted multi-touch split gives 30% to the first touch, 40% to the touch closest to the actual conversion moment, and 30% to the last touch, for a contact with three or more touches. It is evenly split for one or two touches. Nobody runs a report to get this. It computes automatically as deals close. A real dashboard lets a team switch between the three models and see revenue broken down by channel.

A deal closes. Everyone has an opinion about what caused it. This could be the ad that first caught the contact's attention. Or it could be the email that arrived right before they said yes. Without a system that actually tracks each touch and applies a consistent rule for splitting credit, "which channel worked" stays a guess. It is dressed up as an observation. Budget ends up allocated by whoever argues most convincingly. It is not based on what the contact's own history actually shows.

The moment an opportunity is marked won with a linked contact, Flow's attribution engine looks back 30 days. It looks across that contact's recorded campaign touches. Under the first-click model, the earliest touch in that window gets 100% of the deal's value. Under last-click, the touch closest to the win gets 100%. Under the multi-touch model, the split depends on how many touches actually happened. A single touch gets 100%. Two touches split 50/50. Three or more touches split 30% to the first, 40% to whichever touch is closest to the actual conversion event, and 30% to the last. The weights are automatically rebalanced if that middle touch happens to land at either end of the sequence. This means the percentages always add up to 100%.
All three models are computed and stored automatically, every time. Nobody has to pick a model in advance. Nobody has to re-run anything after the fact. On the attribution dashboard, a team switches between first-click, last-click and the multi-touch split with one control. They see the resulting revenue broken down by channel. This is computed live from the same underlying records. It is never a separately-run report that can drift out of sync with what actually closed.
Automatic attribution computation the moment a deal is marked won. There is no manual trigger. There is no scheduled report to wait for.
Three models are computed and stored at the same time. These are first-click, last-click, and a weighted multi-touch split. This split is 30/40/30 for 3+ touches, 50/50 for two, and 100% for one.
A real 30-day lookback window across a contact's actual recorded campaign touches. It has a documented fallback source if a primary touch record is missing.
A model switcher on a real dashboard. It recomputes the channel-revenue breakdown live from the underlying attributed records.
CSV export of the attributed revenue view.
A weight-rebalancing rule for the multi-touch model. This ensures the three shares always sum to the deal's full value. This is true even in edge cases where the middle touch sits at either end of the sequence.
Attribution becomes a live number. Every team member can check it. It is not a periodic manual check between deals and campaign logs. All three models compute automatically and at the same time. A team is never locked into a single view of "what worked." They can check first-click for top-of-funnel credit. They can check multi-touch for a more balanced picture of the whole journey. This is all from the same underlying data.

A contact clicks a social ad in January. They visit the site from a February campaign. They sign a $10,000 deal in March after a final follow-up call logged as a touch. Under first-click, the January ad gets full credit for the $10,000. Under last-click, the March follow-up gets it instead. Under the multi-touch model, the January ad gets $3,000. The February campaign visit, which is the touch closest to the deal actually converting, gets $4,000. The March follow-up gets $3,000. A marketing lead reviewing the dashboard can toggle between all three views for the same closed deal. They can do this without re-running anything. They immediately see that no single model tells the whole story on its own.

Automatically, the moment an opportunity with a linked contact is marked won. No manual trigger or scheduled report is required.
Three models are available. They are computed and stored at the same time. These are first-click, last-click, and a weighted multi-touch split (30/40/30 for three or more touches).
One touch gets 100% of the credit. Two touches split 50/50. The 30/40/30 split applies only once there are three or more recorded touches.
It is not attributed to a channel. Attribution requires an actual recorded touch within the 30-day lookback window.
Not on the visible dashboard today. It currently shows first-click, last-click and the multi-touch split only.
It is sold with tiered plans. These start at a published entry price. Exact current values are on the central pricing page.
