Entende o contexto
Conversas perdidas
O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.
Tarefas espalhadas
CRM, pipeline, oportunidades, propostas, follow-up e automações.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, chat do site e e-mail no mesmo contexto.
Tarefas, responsáveis, prazos, aprovações, agenda e capacidade.
Contas, cobranças, caixa, fiscal, margem, IR, orçamento e inteligência econômica.
Planejar, produzir, aprovar, publicar e medir conteúdo e campanhas.
As áreas trabalham separadas e o cliente sente.
A operação depende de pessoas específicas.
O financeiro ficou complexo e o caixa perde visibilidade.

problema
A strategy gets approved but is often ignored on the client's website and social channels. This is a common and costly failure. It usually goes unnoticed until a review meeting months later. Centriu Vesper's Reality Mirror automatically collects public evidence from up to eight of a client's channels. These channels include the site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram. If a channel is private or the fetch fails, it creates an internal request through Axis instead of giving up. A strategist reviews the evidence against six areas of the strategy. These areas are positioning, value proposition, message house, branding, funnel, and platforms. They record any drift, its severity, and a recommendation. The evidence collection and internal escalation are automatic. Identifying a gap and judging its severity is a human strategist's job. They do this with real evidence instead of guessing.

A strategy gets approved. The deck gets filed. Life goes on. Someone posts a promotion that undercuts the agreed positioning. A new hire writes copy that does not match the approved message house. A platform gets adopted or abandoned without anyone updating the plan. None of this happens out of malice or carelessness. It happens because nobody checks the live channels against the approved document regularly. By the time a quarterly review catches it, months of published material have already diverged.

Running a scan tries to fetch each of up to eight monitored sources. These sources are the client's site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram. It uses a server-side collector that identifies content type by URL. It fetches public pages directly, with a real timeout and a clear identifying user agent. It extracts the title, description, headings, and body text it finds. Two platforms, WhatsApp and Telegram, are recognized as private. They are never attempted directly. They route straight to a human request instead. For the rest, if the fetch fails or succeeds but returns a page with no extractable content, the source is marked. A specific request is automatically generated and queued. It is never sent directly to the client. It is always routed through Axis to the responsible strategist or admin. Anything that collects successfully becomes real evidence. This includes the actual title, headings, and text pulled from the live page. It sits alongside six structured adherence areas. These areas are Positioning, Value Proposition, Message House, Branding, Funnel, and Platforms. Each area carries a level, the evidence behind it, the specific gap, and a recommendation. A strategist reviewing that evidence can record a 'strategic drift.' This is a specific deviation with its own source, severity (from low to critical), and recommendation. Open items route through the same internal messaging. This includes a material request, a reminder if it goes unanswered, an overdue alert once a deadline passes, and a summary or full report once the scan and follow-ups are complete. An overall health read is computed by a fixed formula. It is based on the number of critical drifts and overdue items, not by a model's judgment.
Automatic evidence collection from up to six public source types. These types are site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This is done via a server-side fetch with a real timeout and a clear identifying user agent.
Automatic recognition of WhatsApp and Telegram as private platforms. They are routed straight to a human request instead of attempted directly.
An honest failure path. A page that returns no extractable content is marked as needing manual follow-up. This covers pages that are heavily JavaScript-rendered or require a login.
Automatic internal request generation for anything that could not be collected. This is routed through Axis to the responsible strategist or admin. It never contacts the client directly.
Six structured adherence areas. These are Positioning, Value Proposition, Message House, Branding, Funnel, and Platforms. Each area carries a level, supporting evidence, a specific gap, and a recommendation.
A strategic-drift log with its own severity scale. This scale includes low, medium, high, and critical. It records the source and recommendation per entry. This is done by a human strategist reviewing the collected evidence.
A full internal messaging lifecycle for pending items. This includes a material request, reminder, overdue alert, and completion or summary reporting. It is tracked with a responsible party, a deadline, and a status.
A deterministic overall health read. This can be healthy, attention, or critical. It is computed from the count of critical drifts and overdue items, not from a model's judgment.
A retained collection log. This records every attempt, its outcome, and how much evidence it produced.
The structural change is that checking whether a strategy shows up live stops depending on someone remembering to open eight tabs regularly. The parts of the process that do not require judgment happen automatically. This includes fetching a public page, noticing it is private, generating a request, and tracking overdue items. These happen without anyone doing them by hand. The part that still requires a person is reading real evidence. They decide whether it shows a meaningful drift. This is done with the evidence already collected in front of them. It is not skipped because gathering it felt like too much work. Centriu does not attach a figure to what that is worth. It depends on how many client channels and how many active strategies an operation is monitoring.

A strategist runs a full scan on a client's project. The site and Instagram fetch successfully. They pull real headlines and post captions. LinkedIn returns a page with no extractable content. It is a login-gated view. The system marks it and queues an internal request. This request says, 'LinkedIn access needed — automatic collection failed, likely requires login.' It is addressed to the responsible strategist. No message goes to the client. Reading the site's actual collected headline against the approved positioning, the strategist notices a real mismatch. A promotional banner emphasizes 'lowest price.' This contradicts a positioning built around premium service. They record it as a strategic drift. The severity is high, with the specific evidence (the exact banner text collected) and a recommendation to change it before it runs any longer. The scan's summary shows one source successfully collected with a real drift found. One source is pending a manual request. The project's health reads 'attention' instead of 'critical.' There is one real issue, but not enough critical drifts or overdue items to cross that threshold. Three days later, with the LinkedIn request still unanswered, the system's overdue logic flags it. A reminder goes out through the same internal channel. It still never touches the client directly.

Up to eight per project: the client's own site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
No. Both are recognized as private platforms. They are always routed straight to an internal request instead of attempted directly.
It is marked as needing manual follow-up. A specific internal request is generated automatically. This covers pages that are heavily JavaScript-rendered or require a login.
No. Every generated message routes internally through Axis to the responsible strategist or admin. The module is designed to never contact the client directly.
No. Collection is automated. But recording a drift, its severity, and its recommendation is a human strategist's judgment. This is based on the evidence collected.
By a fixed formula based on the number of critical drifts and overdue items. This is not based on a model's judgment.
It is sold by tiered subscription with plans defined centrally. Exact current values are on the central pricing page.
