O problema

  • Conversas perdidas

    O cliente repete o contexto a cada canal e a cada pessoa.

  • Tarefas espalhadas

A resposta

As áreas trabalham separadas e o cliente sente.

A operação depende de pessoas específicas.

O financeiro ficou complexo e o caixa perde visibilidade.

A Centriu combina tecnologia, inteligência, método e acompanhamento.

Structured Diagnosis and Action-Priority Automation: 11 Named Blocks, One Transparent Formula

A diagnosis that jumps straight to recommendations, without separating what is actually known from what is still a hypothesis, tends to produce a plan built on more confidence than the underlying evidence supports. Centriu Oracle structures a client diagnosis into 11 named blocks — from company context and objectives through channels, commercial process, service, data, reputation, competition, offer, and management — each producing its own facts, hypotheses, gaps, risks and opportunities, backed by evidence and a 1-to-5 confidence score. The resulting actions are then scored by a transparent formula and grouped into time horizons from 30 days out to a full year, so priority is visibly earned, not asserted.

Structured Diagnosis and Action-Priority Automation: 11 Named Blocks, One Transparent Formula

Why a diagnosis without evidence and confidence tracking is hard to trust

A recommendation is only as trustworthy as the diagnosis behind it. A diagnosis that blends confirmed facts with plausible-sounding assumptions is easy to overstate. It does not mark which is which. A client reading a polished-looking plan has no way to tell if a recommendation rests on solid evidence. They also cannot tell if it rests on an untested hypothesis. This is true unless the diagnosis itself is structured to keep that distinction visible. Centriu Oracle’s diagnosis method is built specifically around keeping facts, hypotheses, gaps, risks and opportunities as separate fields. These fields are explicitly labeled. They are not blended prose.

Centriu Oracle’s diagnosis method is built specifically around keeping facts, hypotheses, gaps, risks and opportunities as separate fields. These fields are explicitly labeled. They are not blended prose.

How Centriu Oracle structures diagnosis and priority

Oracle organizes a diagnosis into 11 named blocks. These are: company context, objectives, audience, channels, commercial process, service, data, reputation, competition, offer, and management. Each block produces its own facts, hypotheses, gaps, risks, opportunities and a written conclusion. This is backed by evidence text and a 1-to-5 confidence score. No confidence score is made up when the evidence is missing. A block can even start pre-filled from the structured immersion briefing captured at onboarding. Then, a person reviews and confirms it. It is not left as an unverified import.

Each resulting action in the plan carries its own impact, urgency, effort and confidence ratings (1 to 5). Oracle computes a priority score directly from them. This is impact times urgency times (confidence ÷ 5), divided by effort. No score is computed at all if impact or urgency is missing. It does not guess. Actions are then grouped by time horizon. These range from 30, 60 and 90 days out through quarterly, semi-annual and annual. They are sorted within each horizon by that same transparent score.

What is actually built today

  • A diagnosis structured into 11 named blocks: company context, objectives, audience, channels, commercial process, service, data, reputation, competition, offer, and management.

  • Each block tracks its own facts, hypotheses, gaps, risks, opportunities, evidence, and a 1-to-5 confidence score.

  • Optional pre-fill of a block from the onboarding briefing. It has a distinct human review step before it counts as confirmed.

  • A transparent priority formula — impact × urgency × (confidence ÷ 5) ÷ effort. It is computed only when impact and urgency are both present.

  • Actions grouped by time horizon (30, 60, 90 days, quarterly, semi-annual, annual). They are sorted by priority score within each group.

What changes operationally

The structural change is a diagnosis where fact, hypothesis, gap, risk and opportunity stay visibly distinct. They have their own confidence level. The resulting action plan has a priority order that is computed and inspectable. It is not just stated. What that is worth in engagement quality or client trust depends heavily on a consultancy’s own client mix and delivery standards. Centriu does not attach a specific figure that would generalize.

A consultancy diagnosing a new client’s commercial process (illustrative scenario, not a real client)

Working through the "commercial process" block, the consultant records a confirmed fact. Leads arrive mainly through WhatsApp. This is separate from a hypothesis. Response time may be hurting conversion. The block keeps the two visibly distinct. It does not blend them into one story. Evidence is limited to what the client has actually shared. So, the block’s confidence score sits at a modest 3 out of 5. It is not artificially inflated.

An action addressing that gap is "define and monitor a first-response SLA," or service level agreement. It is entered with an impact of 4, urgency of 4, effort of 2, and the same confidence of 3. Oracle computes its priority score directly from those numbers. The consultant does not just say "this is high priority" without a clear reason.

When the plan is grouped by horizon, that action lands in the 30-day group. It is sorted above other 30-day actions with a lower computed score. The client can see exactly why it ranks where it does.

How to start

Frequent questions

What are the 11 diagnosis blocks?

Company context, objectives, audience, channels, commercial process, service, data, reputation, competition, offer, and management.

Does every block get the same confidence score by default?

No. Confidence is a 1-to-5 score entered per block. It is based on the actual evidence behind it. It is never made up when evidence is missing.

Can a diagnosis block be pre-filled automatically?

It can be pre-filled from the structured onboarding briefing. But it still requires a distinct human review step before counting as confirmed.

How is an action’s priority score calculated?

Impact × urgency × (confidence ÷ 5), divided by effort. It is only computed when impact and urgency are both present.

What time horizons can an action be grouped into?

30, 60 or 90 days, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

What does Centriu Oracle cost?
