Strategy Adherence and Public-Presence Monitoring Automation: What the Strategy Says vs. What Actually Went Live

Why the strategy document and the live channel drift apart without anyone deciding they should
A strategy gets approved, the deck gets filed, and life goes on: someone posts a promotion that undercuts the positioning that was just agreed, a new hire writes copy that does not match the approved message house, a platform gets adopted or abandoned without anyone updating the plan. None of that happens out of malice or even carelessness in the moment — it happens because nobody is checking the live channels against the approved document on any regular basis, and by the time a quarterly review catches it, months of published material have already diverged.
How the underlying problem shows up before you fix it
A client's Instagram bio or website headline contradicts the positioning that was signed off weeks earlier, and nobody notices until a review meeting.
Checking whether a client is actually following the message house means manually opening every channel one at a time, every time.
A private channel like WhatsApp Business can never be checked automatically at all, so it silently falls out of any review.
When something needs to be requested from the client or the account team — a screenshot, an access grant — there is no structured way to track whether it was asked for, when, or whether it is now overdue.
The same request gets asked for twice because nobody had a record that it was already sent once.
A drift between strategy and reality gets noticed eventually, but there is no record of how long it had actually been live.
Why manual channel checks fall out of the routine
Manually opening eight different channels, reading them against a six-area framework, and writing down what does not match is exactly the kind of recurring, unglamorous task that gets skipped the first time a week gets busy — and once it is skipped once, there is no natural moment where it gets picked back up. The fix is not to make the manual check easier; it is to remove the collection step from the human's task list entirely and leave only the judgment call, which is the part that actually requires a person.
How Centriu Vesper collects evidence and routes what it cannot reach
Running a scan attempts to fetch each of up to eight monitored sources — the client's own site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram — through a server-side collector that identifies content type by URL and fetches public pages directly, with a real timeout and a transparent identifying user agent, extracting the title, description, headings and body text it finds. Two platforms, WhatsApp and Telegram, are recognized automatically as private and are never attempted directly — they route straight to a human request instead. For the rest, if the fetch fails outright, or succeeds but returns a page with no extractable content (which happens on a heavily JavaScript-rendered page or one that requires login), the source is marked accordingly and a specific, worded request is automatically generated and queued — never sent directly to the client, always routed internally through Axis to the strategist or admin responsible. Anything that DOES collect successfully becomes real evidence — the actual title, headings and text pulled from the live page — sitting alongside six structured adherence areas (Positioning, Value Proposition, Message House, Branding, Funnel, Platforms), each carrying a level, the evidence behind it, the specific gap, and a recommendation. A strategist reviewing that evidence can record a "strategic drift" — a specific deviation with its own source, severity (from low up to critical) and recommendation — and open items route through the same internal, Axis-based messaging: a material request, a reminder if it goes unanswered, an overdue alert once a deadline passes, and a summary or full report once the scan and follow-ups are complete. An overall health read — healthy, attention or critical — is computed by a fixed, deterministic formula from the number of critical drifts and overdue pending items, not by a model's judgment.
What is actually built today
Automatic evidence collection from up to six public source types — site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube — via a server-side fetch with a real timeout and a transparent, identifying user agent.
Automatic recognition of WhatsApp and Telegram as private platforms, routed straight to a human request rather than attempted directly.
An honest failure path: a page that returns no extractable content (a JavaScript-heavy or login-gated page) is marked as needing manual follow-up instead of reporting a false success.
Automatic, worded internal request generation for anything that could not be collected, routed through Axis to the responsible strategist or admin — never contacting the client directly.
Six structured adherence areas — Positioning, Value Proposition, Message House, Branding, Funnel, Platforms — each carrying a level, supporting evidence, a specific gap, and a recommendation.
A strategic-drift log with its own severity scale (low, medium, high, critical), source and recommendation per entry, recorded by a human strategist reviewing the collected evidence.
A full internal messaging lifecycle for pending items — material request, reminder, overdue alert, and completion or summary reporting — tracked with a responsible party, a deadline and a status.
A deterministic overall health read (healthy, attention, critical) computed from the count of critical drifts and overdue items, not from a model's judgment.
A retained collection log recording every attempt, its outcome, and how much evidence it produced.
A scan finds one real gap and one dead end (illustrative scenario, not a real client)
A strategist runs a full scan on a client's project. The site and Instagram fetch successfully, pulling real headlines and post captions. LinkedIn returns a page with no extractable content — it is a login-gated view — and the system automatically marks it and queues an internal request: "LinkedIn access needed — automatic collection failed, likely requires login," addressed to the strategist responsible, with no message ever going anywhere near the client.
Reading the site's actual collected headline against the approved positioning, the strategist notices a real mismatch — a promotional banner emphasizing "lowest price" directly contradicts a positioning built around premium service. They record it as a strategic drift, severity high, with the specific evidence (the exact banner text collected) and a recommendation to have it changed before it runs any longer.
The scan's summary shows one source successfully collected with a real drift found, one source pending a manual request, and the project's health reads "attention" rather than "critical" — there is one real issue, but not yet enough critical drifts or overdue items to cross that threshold. Three days later, with the LinkedIn request still unanswered, the system's overdue logic flags it and a reminder goes out through the same internal channel — still never touching the client directly.
What changes operationally
The structural change is that checking whether a strategy actually shows up live stops depending on someone remembering to open eight tabs on a recurring basis, and the parts of the process that do not require judgment — fetching a public page, noticing it is private, generating a request, tracking whether it went overdue — happen without anyone doing them by hand. The part that still requires a person, reading real evidence and deciding whether it constitutes a meaningful drift, gets done with the evidence already collected in front of them instead of being skipped because gathering it felt like too much overhead. Centriu attaches no figure to what that is worth; it depends entirely on how many client channels and how many active strategies an operation is monitoring.
When this is not the right fit
A client with no public digital presence to monitor — no website, no active social channels — has nothing for this mechanism to collect, and a strategy for that client would need a different kind of adherence check entirely. The value is specific to strategies whose success depends on what actually appears on public, client-owned channels.
Checking channels by hand vs. automated collection with a human verdict
Checking eight channels by hand, on a recurring basis, for every active client strategy is exactly the kind of task that survives a busy week by being skipped rather than by being done faster. Centriu Vesper's Reality Mirror separates the two halves of the job: collecting what is actually live, including honestly recognizing what it cannot reach and routing that to a person instead of pretending it succeeded, is automatic; deciding whether what was collected represents a real, meaningful drift from the approved strategy remains a human judgment, made against real evidence rather than a stale memory of what the strategy said months ago.

What it does NOT do
- Does not use AI to automatically detect a strategic drift or score adherence — evidence collection and the Axis escalation for unreachable sources are automated; identifying a specific gap, its severity and the recommendation is a human strategist's judgment reading the collected evidence.
- Does not contact the client directly under any circumstance — every generated message, reminder and alert routes internally through Axis to the admin or strategist responsible; the module's own design note states this explicitly.
- Does not collect from a JavaScript-heavy or login-gated page — the collector fetches raw HTML without executing scripts; a page that needs a browser session to render returns no extractable content and is routed to a manual request instead of a false success.
- Does not automatically collect from WhatsApp or Telegram under any condition — both are recognized as private platforms and always routed straight to a human request.
- Does not send reminders on an automatic time-based schedule — a reminder is generated when a strategist or the system flags an item as needing one; there is no background cron silently nagging on a fixed interval.
Security and governance
Every organization using Centriu Vesper sees only its own projects, collected evidence and drift records — isolation is enforced at the database level. Evidence collection is server-side and identifies itself with a transparent user agent rather than impersonating a browser. Personal data follows Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). Full detail on access control and audit trails lives at /governanca and /iso.

Frequently asked questions
How many channels does Reality Mirror monitor?
Up to eight per project: the client's own site, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram.
Can it collect from WhatsApp or Telegram automatically?
No — both are recognized automatically as private platforms and are always routed straight to an internal request rather than attempted directly.
What happens when a public page fails to return usable content?
It is marked as needing manual follow-up and a specific internal request is generated automatically — this covers pages that are heavily JavaScript-rendered or require a login, which the collector cannot render.
Does the system ever message the client directly?
No — every generated message routes internally through Axis to the responsible strategist or admin. The module is explicitly designed to never contact the client directly.
Does AI decide whether something counts as a strategic drift?
No — collection is automated, but recording a drift, its severity and its recommendation is a human strategist's judgment based on the evidence collected.
How is the overall health status calculated?
By a fixed, deterministic formula based on the number of critical drifts and overdue pending items — not by a model's judgment.
What does Centriu Vesper cost?
It is sold by tiered subscription with plans defined centrally — exact current values are on the central pricing page.
