Data Deletion
Instructions for requesting the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Your Right
The LGPD guarantees your right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
Timeframe
We process deletion requests within 15 business days after confirmation.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
How to Request the Deletion of Your Data
You can request the deletion of your personal data in two ways:
1Online form (Recommended)
Submit your request here. You will receive a tracking number immediately, and the DPO will respond within 15 business days.
2By Email
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) with the following information:
- Full name
- Email registered on the platform
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Description of what you want to delete (entire account or specific data)
What Will Be Deleted
When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Profile data
Name, email, phone, photo
Access data
Credentials, tokens, sessions
Usage data
History, preferences, settings
Files
Documents, uploaded images
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained due to legal obligation or legitimate interest:
- Financial transaction records (tax obligation - up to 5 years)
- Data necessary for defense in legal proceedings
- Security logs for fraud protection
- Anonymized data for statistical purposes

Login via Social Networks
If you logged in via Google, Facebook, or another social network, the deletion of your data on Centriu does not affect your account on those platforms.
To revoke Centriu's access to your social account, go to the privacy settings of the respective platform:
Deletion of Data Collected via Meta Integrations (Instagram and Facebook)
As required by the Meta Platform Terms, Centriu provides a clear path for deleting data collected from Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages connected to Centriu modules (Atlas, Link, Maestro).
Path 1 — Self-service within the platform
- Open any Centriu module where the Meta account is connected (e.g., atlas.centriu.com)
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find "Meta" / "Instagram" / "Facebook" and click Disconnect
- The OAuth token is revoked immediately. Historical data (archived posts, metrics, messages) is marked for deletion within 90 days.
Path 2 — Immediate deletion upon request
To delete the data immediately (without waiting for the 90-day window) or if you no longer have access to your Centriu account, send an email to integridade@centriu.com with the subject "Meta data deletion — App ID 879311658123190", providing:
- Name of the connected Facebook/Instagram account
- Domain of the Centriu module where the connection was made (e.g., atlas.centriu.com)
- Proof of ownership (account screenshot, profile link, or registered email)
We will confirm receipt within 48 business hours and complete the deletion within 7 days.
Path 3 — Removal via Meta Business Settings
You can also revoke access directly at:
- Facebook → Settings → Business tools
- Instagram → Apps and websites
- Meta Business Suite → Connected assets
When you remove access through any of these paths, Meta sends us a data_deletion_request webhook, and the associated data is automatically marked for deletion.
